Northern Arc Foundation is CSR arm of Northern Arc. It wanted to provide a training course on microfinance to the field staff of its partner MFIs. This was to build capacity of staff working at field level of MFIs as part of CSR commitment of Northern Arc. It partnered with M2i to provide technical support to offer and manage the online training program as well content development. Northern Arc would provide certificate to the successful candidate. M2i developed a training application, training content, administered and managed users and course deployment. M2i provided regular reports on logins and performance to partner MFIs as well as to Northern Arc.
